How do I place an order with you?

As easy as ABC! A, get a copy of your most recent spectacle prescription from your optician. B, choose a frame you like on line or try it at home. C, send us an order online, by fax, by post, or over the phone. Include your PD measurement for accuracy. We send you the frame with your prescription lenses.

If I use one of your order forms will you help me fill it up?

Of course we will. If there is anything you are unsure about please contact us and we will help you out.

Can I order over the phone?

You can order the frame over the phone but we will need an up to date copy of your spectacle prescription.

Can I fax or post the order to you?

Yes indeed you can. Please include your up to date spectacle prescription.

What do I need to order glasses from you?

You will need an up to date spectacle prescription from your optician. Please include your PD measurement for accuracy.

Can I order glasses for somebody else other than me?

You can order and pay for them if you like but you will need to enter the person’s name on the order to correspond with their current spectacle prescription.

If I think I’ve given you some wrong information on the order what will I do?

Contact us immediately and tell us. If we have not processed the order then we will amend it to your new instructions. If the job has been completed to the instructions you gave us then we will have to charge you for the work carried out.

Can I just order frames/lenses with no prescription in them?

Yes! Just specify in the prescription form that you require no lens.

Can you re-glaze my existing frames?

Yes. We can re-glaze your frames, but since it is an older frame we have to be wary of loosening screws to insert new lenses. We do not accept any responsibility for any breakages that occur in the glazing process. This is undertaken at your own risk. Please note this well as we offer no guarantees when you use your own frame.

Can you read my prescription off my existing glasses?

Yes! You may send in your glasses with a completed mail order form for us to read the prescription from them. There is an additional charge for this service. We will return your glasses to you following taking a reading from them.

When you send in your glasses to us you must certify that:

You are in possession of a written prescription given by a registered medical practitioner or registered optometrist.

Your prescription is less than 2 years old if you are under 69 years of age or less than one year old if you are over 70 years of age.

That the spectacles you are sending in are made to that prescription
